Rescue vague help-desk tickets by selecting the seven notes the next technician needs, then receive an instant score, category feedback, and a stronger example handoff. V1 includes six fictional challenges, requires no account, and takes roughly two minutes per challenge. Built by SecBuild Lab as our first public product experiment.
