Retros are, in my opinion, the most important part of a healthy, productive team. Pros: Outro makes retrospectives easy and beautiful. It helps keep track of owners and tasks, which is essential to good retros. Cons: Outro focuses on concerns, and while it has a kudos feature, it doesn't track why someone gave a kudo. I like to know what's working!
