This company has horrible customer service, my frames are lost in shipping and it took me demanding them to follow up with the carrier to put a trace on the order (they provided me with the return label and box) and every interaction with the customer service person kept placing the blame on me. Don't use them look for another company to replace your lenses. I wish I read these reviews instead...
