Hi all I'm working with a company that is accumulating more and more data - actually a lot more data than sales of their actual service. This led me to think: When does data become "sellable"?   I mean, what is the minimum amount of data before you can sell it to 3rd parties (ex other companies that can use it to forecast)?

I'm interested in learning who works with a personal assistant - virtual or in real life. What works and why do you do it?

Personally, I like the idea of "3 strikes" If a task occurs 3 times, everyone should ask themselves "can we automate this?" Worst case, it leads to a more streamlined process, even if we can't automate it 100%.

I always built the bare minimum product before trying to sell it. At least, when it is possible. What have you done? Curious to hear!

What has worked for you in landing your first few customers? We've just launched a public beta with a couple of initial customers and looking to onboard more.
