Still seeing numerous complaints from folks unable to withdraw their money. Also, adding 5% service charge to someone using USD via a credit card is crazy, industry standard for crypto, maybe, but for cc transactions, really? You will keep a customer's capital until you are ready to release it and then charge the customer another 5% service charge to release?
