Orders are not packaged properly. They are shipped in flimsy plastic shipping bags with zero padding or packing material. 2 out of 2 times they've arrived broken, sticky and wet. Most of the flavors taste absolutely rancid (lemon and pear made me gag) and it's not worth the cost of these items for the fuss you have to go through with customer service. They also claim you can get 6 of the 20oz bottles on a level 4 worth of flavor, but i can barely get 3 of the 16.9 oz bottles at a level 3.
