I love using Fathom. It is completely necessary for me to be able to do my job as it helps me to refer back to important points in client calls and recall their concerns in order to be able to provide feedback to my Product and Engineering teams. I love that it is just so easy to use and they're constantly adding useful features to make my work life easier!
