Hey! During my first endeavor we decided to be very data centric and for that we decided to work with Google Cloud, Segment, Heap, Amplitude, Clearbrain, Adespresso, among others. It turned out it took us about 3 months to set up everything, it never worked the way we wanted and it was very hard to have a unified view of our data and more so to put into production the ML models we built....
