Extremely disappointing experience with Chatbase. Where do I even begin? The platform has been nothing but trouble since day one.
The most frustrating issue is the constant breaks and errors in production. You spend time setting everything up, and just when you need it most, the system crashes or returns nonsensical errors. This has happened multiple times, causing significant disruption to our operations.
Their customer support is abysmal. Response times are painfully slow - we often had to wait days for replies to urgent issues. Even worse, when they finally respond, their support team seems completely unable to understand the basic problems we're experiencing. It feels like talking to monkeys.
The cost-to-value ratio is terrible considering how often things break down. We've wasted countless hours trying to get things working properly, only to face more issues.
Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. There are much better alternatives available in the market. Would not recommend Chatbase to anyone looking for a reliable chatbot solution.
