We’ve been using iftrue for over a year now. We started by using their dashboard which highlighted DORA metrics, sprint insights, all that. It was super helpful.
But as a co-founder managing engineers, what really changed things for me was when they released their Slack agent. It was honestly a game changer and just made things so much easier.
Now, instead of digging through all the different tools we use, I can ask what I want to know, and the bot pings me when something needs my attention. And when I do need to go deeper, the dashboards are still solid.
Before I forget, the reports we get from iftrue are more reliable than what we get from Jira.
