I’m the kind of founder who doesn't just follow blueprints—I reverse-engineer them. My journey started as an engineer at a government-funded, military-backed tech company focused on safety and early detection systems. That experience was a meaningful precursor to the mission I lead today. I later brought my expertise to Chief, where I helped elevate the platform's digital experience for women by rewriting the rules of leadership. The true turning point came when I found myself navigating a complex and abusive personal situation. The systems around me failed to respond. They couldn't see the patterns or move fast enough. So I did what engineers do best—I built a better system.
