Who is LeadSwitchboard for?
LeadSwitchboard is my solution for budding and/or future lead generation agency owners looking to
run a pay-per-lead (PPL) agency. Unlike other CRMs, LeadSwitchboard allows agency owners to onboard new buyers without requiring additional payments to create a new buyer-subaccount, every time a new buyer is onboarded.
Commonly available CRMs on the market are built to run agencies, but they cannot handle the meteoric scaling of PPL models without twisting agency owners into countless complicated Zapier integrations, and charging an arm and a leg for sub-account creations for each new customer/buyer they add to the agency. Leads generated on popular ad platforms like Meta and Google Ads should ideally flow into purpose-built PPL CRMs and be routed to the right buyer based on custom rules and routing logic vs forced routing as is common with popular CRMs.
Buyers can define the exact type of lead they wish to receive by answering a multitude of 'ideal lead' defining questions. Leads generated on popular advertising platforms enter the platform and are automatically routed to the right buyer based on whether the lead matches the buyer's description of an 'ideal lead.'
Payments for each lead delivered have traditionally followed an 'after-the-fact,' timeline, which can be time-consuming for agency owners following up with 10+ buyers for payments after delivering leads. LeadSwitchboard solves this problem by giving each buyer a dedicated wallet which they can recharge in advance, and this wallet auto-deducts credits every time a lead is successfully delivered to a buyer, so agency owners can stop worrying about chasing down payments.
Speed to lead is another element essential to the agency PPL model, and to assist with this, buyers can activate AI caller bots to establish first-reach out every time a lead hits their account, especially if they are preoccupied with other things and reaching out to customers within the first 5 minutes is not always possible.
Finally, lead disputes traditionally required buyers to send back leads via email, which further require agency owners to verify and respond via email. In cases where advanced payments were already collected, agency owners are required to manually log each bad or returned lead and adjust accounts. LeadSwitchboard solves this problem by allowing buyers to press a button to return bad leads with the reason for returning. Agency owners can accept or reject this dispute with a click of a button leading to credits being returned to buyers in real-time where applicable.
