What's great

recherche instantanée dans tous vos documents internes (1)workspaces par équipe (1)réponses en 2 secondes (1)partage sécurisé entre équipes (1)pload de documents en un clic (1)

Ask is one of those tools that becomes instantly useful -> no learning curve, no friction. Uploading docs is dead simple, search is blazing fast, and answers are sourced, which is essential when working with teams. Bonus: team workspaces are clean and private by design. As a CTO, it's a no-brainer for internal knowledge sharing.

What needs improvement

We're still early, so a few UI micro-glitches here and there (especially on large PDF previews). Would love to see more integrations soon (Slack, Notion...). But overall: very solid foundation.

vs Alternatives

We needed something fast to set up, usable by non-tech teammates, and focused on internal knowledgem not another AI chatbot.

Most tools out there are either too generic, too complex, or tied to specific platforms. Ask stood out by being document-first, secure by design, and actually usable in daily workflows. It's not trying to be flashy, it's just effective.

Quels formats de contenu et langues Ask comprend-il?

Ask currently supports standard document formats like PDF, DOCX, TXT, and Markdown. We're also improving support for semi-structured content (like tables and exported spreadsheets).

For language support, Ask handles both English and French and even cross-language queries work smoothly, which is great for global teams.

Peut-on corriger une réponse ou signaler un faux positif?

Not yet directly in the interface but we're very responsive to user feedback.

You can easily reach out to us, and we regularly schedule quick calls with users to gather feedback and understand edge cases.

A reporting feature is planned in the next versions to make this smoother.

Ask apprend-il des retours pour améliorer la pertinence?

Not yet but it's coming.

In this beta version, user feedback helps us manually identify and prioritize relevance issues. In future releases, we plan to introduce a feedback-driven learning loop to adjust the system dynamically while keeping human oversight in place.
