What's great
It was seamless. What would have taken 20–30 hours; plus coordination across multiple people to build, test, and align, was completed in about 15 minutes, start to finish.
The end result was significantly better than anything I or my team could have produced in itself. From comprehensive course building to brand alignment and full quality review, it reduced both manpower and project time to a fraction of what we typically expect.
It also enabled me to facilitate a 300-person group discussion within my organization, allowing me to focus entirely on delivery rather than development. As a bonus, it integrated easily with our LMS, making implementation just as efficient as creation.
What needs improvement
Honestly no feedback on improvement, everything was great.
