I'm an independent IT consultant who spent 20 years manually copying Outlook calendar events into Zoho Books invoices. After trying every automation tool available; Zoho Flow, Zapier, custom scripts, etc., and finding them all either too fragile or too generic, I built Cal2Bill myself. My goal is to give every hourly consultant the billing automation I always wished existed: purpose-built, preview-first, and dead simple to set up. Cal2Bill is live, bootstrapped, and actively being developed. Google Calendar support is coming next.
