
I recently received an email from Fliki stating that a three-month subscription offer was available to ANYONE who engage in Producthunt. However, when I inquired about this, I was informed that it only applies to free users.
As a paying customer who has supported Fliki with monthly payments, I feel misled, disappointed and scammed. This kind of bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for loyal customers.
Furthermore, the customer service response was unsatisfactory and did not address the discrepancy in their communication. My time is valuable, and I expect transparency and fairness from a company I pay.
I hope Fliki will reconsider their approach and provide better communication and respect for their paying customers in the future.
