Hey! I built TinyURL as a side project to learn AWS and Spring Boot end-to-end, from the backend API in Java to the Angular frontend, all deployed on EC2 behind Cloudflare. The main thing I wanted to get right was speed and simplicity: no accounts, no tracking, just paste a URL, and get a short link. Would love any feedback on the experience!

Shorten any long URL into a clean 6-character link in milliseconds. Generate QR codes and download them as PNG or SVG. Set custom expiry dates from 1 day to 10 years. No account, no sign-up, no paywalls.
Built on AWS RDS + EC2, secured by Cloudflare, served over HTTPS. Redirects resolve typically under 50ms. Rate limited to 40 creations/min for fair use.
Perfect for developers, marketers, and anyone tired of ugly links.
