I've been through long-form adhd coaching before and I have been really in need of a coach to to help when I get stuck and keep me honest on getting tasks done. This has been an immense help. The app itself keeps getting better but they've got a solid staff that truly cares and is focused on ensuring your success. I've truly loved being able to work with Noelle on a weekly basis and the team has been great about handling any of my questions or concerns as they arise.
