Wanted to like it but just can't accept a application that always keeps the mic open and listening even when not in use. Support told me this is a "feature" to make sure the mic works but still unacceptable. Pros: Good UI, Easy to Use Cons: Hot Mic! When using the desktop app it is constantly listening to your mic anytime the app is open, even if not on a call.
