Why can't we analyse real estate like we do a stock. The answer is lack of data, engineered ambiguity, and lack of investor awareness. Although, there are several platforms simplying search for buying a home, the data is scattered across all platforms. Brokerages are incentivised to not disclose all information to lure more buyers in. We are trying to provide access to Wall Street grade...
