
I have had a safety wing for three months now and I love it. It was incredibly easy to submit a claim through the website; also the pre-authorization for an MRI at the hospital was approved within one day! One of the things I tell people most is how impressed I am with the responsive customer service. The chat function is extremely useful especially for someone who works in multiple time zones and I don't like sitting on the phone, and also going through all the prompts. The chats are continuous and saved and also sent through email, so you can respond at your leisure (the reps don't close out your conversation just because you left the web-chat). I was very impressed with the chat-email seamless integration and how helpful the Reps are (Shout out to Kara!). Also, for the product itself - the coverage is very sufficient! I am impressed enough to where I got 2 other friends to sign up as well (no incentives) because it's hard to find great health insurance for digital nomads!
