I'm Greg Storey. I’ve been in this game long enough to know when something’s broken—and even longer to know when no one wants to admit it. I’ve led design orgs inside Fortune 100s. I’ve helped startups fake it till they break it. I’ve navigated the chaos of transformation, reorgs, mass layoffs, political landmines, and the occasional leadership delusion masquerading as vision. I’ve also spent a good chunk of time mentoring people through it all—quietly, behind the scenes—because that's what I do. I spin things up and spin things down all in search for finding a need and filling it to do some good in the world.
