So far my experience is not good, I ordered a device Tuesday night and I ordered another yesterday morning. I have not received my tracking information on either, I didn’t get a email about what’s going on with my orders. I made a second order to test the internet speeds just in case I decide to return my first order. I talked to a rep about my first order, it’s like I was given a BS excuse....
