The thing that surprised me most building this was the sheer volume. 500+ leadership changes a week. CEOs, CFOs, board members, all cycling through. 2025 set the all-time record for CEO departures and 2026 isn't slowing down. The comp disclosures are interesting too. Every time a new exec gets appointed, their full package shows up in the filing. Salary, bonus targets, equity grants, severance...
