If we want to offer this free to local stores, will the regular license suffice?

Can we have Wing do simple lead outreach? (ie. confirming contact details). Can Wing do inbound customer assistance based on a supplied knowledgebase?

Can we integrate this with Dialogflow?

After creating an account, it looks like you can create separate brands. Does this mean you can manage different businesses using one account? If so, will each "business/brand" have its own knowledge base?
