They refuse to cancel my membership. I have reached out on several occasions over the last few months with no response. Jumpspeak does NOT have a phone number or email and in order to cancel, you have to run through a website prompt that essentially leads nowhere. It's a complete waste of my time and now I've resorted to contacting my CC company to set up a block and to dispute these charges. Outrageously poor customer experience.
