Horrible Customer Service Department who are fairly clueless. No Android Support--Poor Connectivity to connect payments online (I had to mail a check). No android support---slow to post rewards. The concept is great--the execution is poor. The customer service of the card is the worst I have ever encountered. They claim to be a premium product but don't have premium support.
