What part of making short-form ads slows you down most?

I m building AdBatch, a lightweight AI ad-strategy tool that runs inside Poe.

The idea came from noticing that generating the final creative is getting easier, but coming up with enough good hooks, angles, scripts, and test variations can still be the slow part.

I m curious what actually slows you down most when making short-form ads:

  • finding fresh angles

  • writing hooks

  • scripting UGC

  • planning visuals / shot lists
