The garage I most frequent is always filled with commuters to the city during business hours. I would have to park up on the roof level of the garage if it weren't for star spaces. Pros: Best spots in the lot or garage. When the garage is always full of commuters, I can always find a Star Space! Cons: In my garage, I wish there were more by every elevator lobby.
