It removes story points, sprint planning, and velocity tracking. Three tabs: backlog, active, and complete. Stories contain tasks that move from todo to doing to done.
Features marked as green, bugs as red. Drag and drop on desktop, tap-to-move on mobile since touch screens don't work well with dragging. No configuration needed.
