Great product to fill a gap that project management software hasn't been able to Pros: 1) Great way to document & teach business processes, 2) Role specific training, 3) Easy accountability for tracking who has done what Cons: Would be nice to have reminder checklists on a per project basis, but you can always review the main training for a refresher

I'm not the genius creator behind this but I'm super proud to have hunted it. Until the makers show up, I'm sure we can start filling their page with praise and well-wishes.
