I've been using Scrivener for years now. It's the best tool for organizing large writing projects, hands down. Especially for NaNoWriMo ;)

I love the idea, but the product misses some functionalities for me... One would be, as @esthershira already mentioned, to sort the US-only jobs out. Additionally, I like the tags a lot, it would be great to see more of it, and not so software-development-centered (the tags seem to describe only a few most popular categories and that's it).
