Reminds me of Donut, which launched many years ago and managed to build a successful business around this concept. That observation, plus my personal experience working in virtual team makes me think there is definitely a market for a crewting solution!

Congrats on the launch. You may want to approach university professors teaching Product classes. Often time these classes use the lean startup or running lean methodology, and this product would fit well into the 'ideation' phase and get your product in front of more users.
