I had questions about voting in the U.S. while living abroad & maintaining a PMB in Texas. MILO, the US Global Mail AI Assistant maintained an online conversation with me. My concerns were addressed quickly & professionally. I have not had good experiences with virtual assistants in the past, but MILO was a wonderful exception.
