At the international level, the Global Education Development Agenda has set goals for 2030 to include universal education at all levels of education, promoting innovative learning environments and creating a culture of innovation, inside and outside schools. Its appeal is to improve policies and practices, renew pedagogy, reinvent forms of school organization, and innovate the culture of educational work.
