I found this thing randomly while browsing and decided to give it a shot but it seems a bit clunky, and sometimes the translations are way off, have you thought about integrating other translation services maybe, also refunds sound good but why not offering a short trial period, might be better for business growth, any plans for new languages or ways to customize difficulty settings in future...

I can see how sending form responses directly to email could be useful but I wonder if it'll really help teams that deal with a high volume of submissions, isn't there a chance of emails getting lost in a cluttered inbox? Also, have you considered making it possible to categorize or filter these emails based on the type of request for easier management? This might help small teams stay...
