Did try to get some physio advice for my shin splints from Dr Chan, and honestly this is a godsend. Physio is expensive, and what I find on Google is not that personalised. It’s a great way to get self-administered treatment for non-urgent things that are expensive even with insurance! One feedback: Prompts do leak once in a while, but I’m sure you’re on it!
