I needed a way to drink more water and the Cirkul commercials drew me in. It took over a week to get the tumblers and 10 different cartridges by Fed Ex. Could have been a FedEx issue or a cirkul shipping department issue. Once we recd the products we set them up and tried a few different cartridges. They were not tasty at all with a terrible artificial/chemical flavor and aftertaste. And this is the main buyer beware…. I reached out to their customer service and if you buy through Cirkul, they do not do returns. I explained that my issue with the flavors and they said their products are consumables and can’t be returned. It does say this on their website so my bad. So DO NOTBUT THROUGH CIRKUL. Buy at Walmart or Target so you can do returns. But if you don’t like artificial flavors or a chemical after taste, don’t even try.
