Wanted per-user based pricing, which they were unable to accommodate. They also forced me to pay a fee just to get a quote. We were looking for a 3rd party notification tool, and found some names. SuprSend mentioned their pricings in per-notifications, which wasn't aligning with our interests. Per user would have made more sense for us. Their team, esp Nikita, was not willing enough to accommodate our request. Terrible experience. Stay away from this company
