CJB's new left navigation editing builder allows marketers to edit their journeys based on preference, organized by rules, actions, and integrations.

SMS users can now change which audience their SMS program is associated with on their SMS settings page by clicking the"Edit SMS audience". Use our SMS marketing tools to send product discounts, transactional follow-ups, customer service messages and more.

When uploading contacts, users will now be able to upload .xlsx files and the import will work exactly the same as a .csv or .txt file!
