About

I work at the intersection of operations and AI, and I love building products that make everyday work simpler with AI. Currently building The Pearl Club 🐚, a quieter corner of the internet to focus, reflect, create, or simply slow down. We’re launching on Product Hunt on August 29. See you there!

Team Claude Code or Codex ?

Hey guys,

i switched to codex recently because fable is not anymore included in the plans, and honestly gpt 5.6 Sol surprised me by his efficiency.

Hi Product Hunt! I'm Bhuvana, a student building a quieter corner of the internet

Hi everyone! I'm Bhuvana, a computer engineering graduate and a first-time indie maker from India.

I've always been interested in building things that feel a little different from the usual apps we use every day. While working on my latest project, I kept coming back to one question:

What if an online space didn't need you to be productive, social, or constantly engaged?

That question led me and my team to build Pearl Club, a small virtual space where people can journal, listen to ambient sounds, play little games, collect sea creatures, explore, or send an anonymous Message in a Bottle.

Are we designing the internet to be too demanding?

I've been thinking about how much modern internet design is built around getting us to do something.

Social platforms want us to keep scrolling. Productivity apps want us to maintain streaks. Games want us to keep progressing. Even many wellness apps turn relaxation into something we need to track and optimize.

As someone who builds digital products, I've started wondering whether we sometimes confuse engagement with a good user experience.

Is a product still successful if someone uses it for five minutes and leaves feeling better, rather than staying for an hour?
