Fasting is an interesting subject. Fasting makes me humble, healthy, light, value of food, meaning of hunger, also helps me to practice poverty. A app is good to cultivate a good habit. Otherwise, no need for a subject which can be part of our weekly routine. I fast 1 (20/2) day per week with the water. I do yoga 6 days a week, 1-hour session - mainly Power/ Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga.
