Very cool idea - collapse-able food containers. I've got a ton of old take-out and plastic storage containers taking up a ton of space in my cabinet. It'd be great to replace them with this more compact solution. Plus, seems like it'd be great for carrying food to work because the container folds up and easily fits in your bag for the way home.

the power of 'unstructured requests that are handled by humans/AI' not only has the potential to disrupt Amazon & eBay, it may also take a bite out of Google's search business as well. Know this was what Aardvark was pitching back in the day, but Operator has the team to build and scale it.

IBM's Watson crawled the Bon Appetit recipe archives, and learned the flavor composition rules from several scientific sites, to create unique dishes combining different components & flavors. NPR mentioned there's a caveat with using the service - "Watson eats data, not food. so use at your own risk."
