Fathom has honestly been a game-changer for me as a Success Coach—it takes care of all the note-taking and summaries so I can stay fully present in my calls, and I love how it turns conversations into clear action items without me doing extra work, which makes my day so much lighter and way more productive, and what really stands out is it can even understand when we speak in our native language, which not all AI note-takers can actually do.
What needs improvement
We chose Fathom over other alternatives because it doesn’t just record meetings—it actually delivers accurate, usable summaries and action items right away, lets me stay fully present during coaching sessions, and stands out by reliably understanding even when we speak in our native language, which many other AI note-takers still struggle with.
