This definitely deserves a spot at the top. I am super impressed with the free style designer. It is like building sites in Photoshop! It gives you the freedom to place everything exactly as you want it, even in sites for mobile browsers.

I have tried out a lot of different web builders. So far, I always returned to trusty old WordPress. But I think I have found a new home now. WebWave is super easy to use.
