This is such an important question. For so long my tactic was to exercise to clear my mind, but this made me tired physically to add to the mental stress! ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ The best thing I've found is to be quite strict and have one day off per week. This means being away from my laptop and emails as much as I can be. I get in touch with friends and have a day totally away from things - this helps massively...
