I like the idea of having a space away from recruiters for smaller local roles. It's mostly about trust, and this is shaping up to be a nice little community of it's own. Pros: Good connections into local communities and development slack groups. Devs trust my post more and I'm getting better quality candidates. Cons: Doesn't have a huge amount of features, but that's startups for you.
