No answer from support since nearly one week. It doesn't work on Mac, damage is classified as "broken", the instructions of the website are to bypass local security settings via command line tools (major red flag).
They claim to have a "30-Day Refund No Questions Asked" policy, which I asked for (without any feedback so far). Not cool, potential scam.
