About

I work deploying AI agents inside large companies. Over the last decade, I’ve built products, opened new markets, and helped scale technology businesses across Europe and the Americas. That has included building operations from zero to millions in ARR and delivering technology at scale for large companies across media, retail, banking and financial services. Today, I focus on using AI to solve real business problems. Agents that automate real work and deliver measurable outcomes. A lot of that work is in regulated environments, where reliability, governance and scale matter. I’ve learned one thing along the way: strategy means very little if you can’t execute.

What is the proper balance between building and speaking to your customers?

There is always a new feature to ship, a bug to be squashed, an improvement that seems necessary.

However, whenever I take time to speak to my customers, I always end up learning far more than I had imagined, and in some cases, discovering that what I had just built wasn t even worth it.

The hard part is when do you stop building and start listening.

How many hours of the week do you set aside for customer discussions?

Is launching too early making it hard to understand user feedback?

We launched the MVP fast since we wanted real users and not spend months on perfecting it.

That was done successfully.

However, the feedback was extremely varied. Users were asking for various features, some asked for more simplicity and some struggled with aspects which were not even in our scope.

This led me to conclude that gathering feedback is only half the battle and you should have some system for filtering individual feedback from something which multiple users face.
