Unfortunately it's a. for me but have started implementing more structure around treating it as a reward and positive signs so far!

If not possible for a full year, I think that a 4 day work week would be super impactful in winter months, especially in countries with poor weather! Would give people more energy in the weeks were inspiration can be low and improve mental wellbeing.

I think that higher education definitely has value, but its necessity is often overstated by companies in the hiring process. So many great candidates coast through university as it's a mandatory pre-requisite and instead focus their energy on learning/developing on the job.
